💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Compliance
- Prepare Full-year CIT Return (PND50) for the previous fiscal year.
- Prepare Half-year CIT Return (PND51) for the current fiscal year.
- Review and analyze non-deductible expenses and loss carryforward calculations under BOI regulations.
- Assist in preparing deferred tax and tax balance reviews.
- Compute monthly CIT calculations for accurate tax forecasting.
✔ Withholding Tax (WHT) & Value-Added Tax (VAT) Management
- Prepare and review WHT on annual dividend payments.
- Ensure timely preparation of WHT, VAT, and CIT payments, along with tax trend reports.
✔ Cross-Department Coordination & Tax Reporting
- Work closely with AR/AP/GL/Costing teams to gather supporting data for monthly tax forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Identify and address any tax-related risks or issues.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Law, Finance, or a related field (Accounting is preferred).
- Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Business Administration (optional but an advantage).
- Professional certifications (highly preferred): CPA (Certified Public Accountant), TA (Tax Auditor) Certification
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Strong understanding of local tax laws, BOI regulations, and tax reporting standards.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and MS Dynamics 365BC.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
