•Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
•Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations.
•Support talent acquisition strategies, identifying and hiring bilingual (Thai/Chinese) candidates as required.
•Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in alignment with corporate standards.
•Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits.
•Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
•Lead performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to department heads on performance improvement plans.
2. Administrative Management
•Supervise the office administration team to ensure smooth daily operations.
•Handle company documentation, licensing, and compliance with local authorities.
•Maintain records and files for HR and administration functions.
•Ensure proper maintenance and use of office facilities and supplies.
•Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient support for office operations.
3. Cross-Cultural Communication
•Act as a key liaison between Thai and Chinese-speaking employees and management.
•Facilitate translations of internal communication, policies, and training materials as needed.
•Organize cross-cultural training programs to promote understanding and cooperation.
4. Stakeholder Management
•Support the HR Manager or General Manager in building relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, legal advisors, and consultants.
•Address and resolve employee grievances in a professional and timely manner.
