รายละเอียดงาน- Oversee in all matters relating to the day-to-day operations of Front Office Operations Department.
- Ensure to maintain the hightest level of quality in both service and product including the design of trainging plans for all Front Office/GSA team members.
- Handling all guest complaints, as well as internal customer complaints and enquiries in a courteouse and efficient manner.
- Ensure the communication between all departments and sections is properly done using the right channels of delegation.
- Ensure all procedures are followed properly policy.
- Other tasks assign by Director.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Thai Nattionals Only, Male/Female not over 50 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Business, Hospitality or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Thai.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Front Office Hotel department
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Front Office Hotel Supervisor / FOM
- Possess good leadership skills.
- Team player with strong initiatives.
- Trust-worth & self-motivated.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Able to work under pressure or tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, friendly and proactive
- Available start working immediately will be an advantage.
