รายละเอียดงานAssistant Director of Sales is reporting to responsible for implementing revenue management of sales strategies and processes, in order to prioritize and maximize all the Nova Hotels group.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages relationship with key accounts.
- Works with the management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue and the market segment budgets.
- To develop, implement and sustain an aggressive solicitation program focused on driving business.
- Assists with the development and implementation of sales promotions.
- Participate in sales calls with the other members of the sales team and corporate office.
- To work closely with corporate revenue & Distribution team.
- Other tasks assign by Director.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English & Thai.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing department
- Possess good leadership skills.
- Team player with strong initiatives.
- Trust-worth & self-motivated.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Able to work under pressure or tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, friendly and proactive
- Candidates with Pattaya market experience will be an advantage.
- Available start working immediately will be an advantage.
- Thai Nattionals Only, Male/Female.
