-Schedule training sessions within the training curriculum.

Work shop
-Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
-Provide OIC training to Insurance Sales staff (Motor and Non-Motor)
-Liaise with Insurance Companies to facilitate OIC license training product type.
-Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing insurance brokers and other internal staff.
-Identify skill gaps / training needs and implement targeted training programs for employee development.
-Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and training-related materials.
-Conduct training sessions in various formats, including in-person, online, and hybrid.
-Provide ongoing coaching and support to insurance brokers to help them achieve their performance goals.
-Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are effective and meet the needs of the participants.
-Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
-Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure training content is current and relevant.
-Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
-Coordinate with the Department of Skill Development for documentation, certification, and compliance with industry standards.
-Other task assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have minimum 2 Years experience as experienced Insurance Brokerage trainer delivering adult learning concepts - ideally both motor and non motor insurance.
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Learning and Development.
- Must have experience with OIC license training, license registration and License renewal process
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
