Engage with potential clients from the Russian-speaking market, promoting and selling property investment opportunities.
Manage a portfolio of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up with a minimum of 30 prospects per month.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Assist in agent recruitment and support their efforts in achieving sales targets.
Prepare and present sales materials, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and Canvas.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies tailored to the English-speaking market.
Conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers.
