The Company
Axis Asia Q.S CO., LTD is a building services company based in Chiang Mai. We provide mechanical, electrical & plumbing estimating, drafting and design services to the building industry in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Axis Asia Q.S has been operating in Chiang Mai since 2009.
At Axis Asia QS we are looking to recruit a Junior Hydraulic Estimator who is suitably qualified in the field of building services with experience in hydraulic design and installation.
Position Requirements
• Produce BOQ’s for plumbing and mechanical projects located in Australia and New Zealand.
• Read and interpret plumbing and mechanical specifications in English.
• Produce job notes and summarize project scope of works in English
• Communicate with supervisors on tender progress and completion time frames
• Attend scheduling meetings where necessary
• Assist in completing detailed tendering documentation
• Work independently or in a team within a can-do environment.
• Thai National only
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Degree in Environmental Health or another building services degree is essential
- Field experience including installation would be a benefit
- High proficiency in using MS word, excel and other Office platforms
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Position is located in Chiang Mai Thailand
