1. Oversees the entire manufacturing process and ensures the painting or production process adheres to policies and procedures process 2.Develop part/vehicle in cooperation with R&D overseas sites to reflect customer requirements to product 3.Ensure part/vehicle QCT competitiveness according to project assumptions/market claims of all ASEAN production models 4.Maintain part//vehicle competitiveness against market movement and feedback to Life Cycle Plan 5.Lead team operation with additional value in Paint/Anti-corrosion design 6.Manage New colour development and Drawing update along with project development schedule 7.Create cost reduction idea and execute action until adoption

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male aged 35 years old up.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical , Engineering or related field
Minimum10 years experiences in Paint shop with Automotive industrial. Minimum 5 years experiences in management level
Good English communication skills.
