BOI Import and Export Supervisor

รายละเอียดงาน
-Responsible for the whole process of BOI work, follow up the progress of BOI audit, and maintain the relationship between BOI, customs, TISI and other government officials
-Handle daily import-Export, issue shipping and documents for customs formalities.
-Prepare Document Invoice/Packing list import - export Submit to customs clearance process.
-Negotiate freight charges and expenses of Import/Export, transportation, and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability for air/sea/overland freight operations.
-Coordinating with shipping and freight forwarders regarding customs processes.
-Prepare import and export documents, according to the applicable customs rules.
-Able to check all related import and export expenses and negotiate with suppliers.
-HS Code checking and import license apply for daily shipment.
-Collaborate with purchasing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods -Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely payment of import duties, taxes, and freight charges.
-Prepare summary reports and submit them to executives within the specified time frame.
-Manage team and coach subordinates to improve and develop
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 25-40 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ,การจัดการโลจิสติกส์
- มีประสบการในการบริหารทีมงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีนได้ดี
- มีภาวะการเป็นผู้นำ ทดแรงกดดันได้ เรียนรู้เร็ว
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบขับขี่
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
