- Overall managing HR&GA functions : People Development, Talent acquisition, Performance management, Labor management and Disciplinary issues, Compliance, Employee relation and Engagement, Payroll, General affairs,
-Supervise team for daily operation and follow up issues.
- Be strategic partner to top managements

- Bachelor degree in HR or related field

- Strong Communication skills, Employee relation and People management
- Change Leadership
- Result-oriented
- Digitalization
- Good command in English
- Labor law and other related law knowledge
- Certification of professional qualifications in human resources will be given special consideration
