- Partner with clients to comprehensively assess their HRM, HRD, and CRM requirements.
- Design and architect customized solutions using empeo and Venio that meet client objectives.
- Oversee the deployment of empeo and Venio solutions and ensure seamless integration with client systems.
- Provide hands-on technical support and training to clients to ensure efficient utilization of our software.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Developers, Business Development, and Project managers, to deliver exceptional results.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Solution Consultant, Solution Architect, or similar role, with a focus on HRM, HRD, or CRM software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., HR, CRM software) is a plus
