รายละเอียดงาน•Manage and conduct general HR functions, recruitment and selection, employee relation, compensation and benefit, training and development included administration and general affairs.
•Responsible for developing and integrating human resource programs that aligns with company’s direction to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
•Assess the training needs to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance.
•Application/workflow management, e.g., employee information update, workflow management, user ID/IT request and etc.
•Monitor all HRM & ADMIN processes align with PDPA.
•Prepare payroll summaries, including earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, non-taxable wages, and payroll reports.
•Monitoring Time Attendance to report C-Level Team.
•Oversee Human Resources's policies, programs, procedures, processes and practices
•Liaise with Social Security Office and Group Insurance company when any inquiries occurring.
•Control and monitor on company regulatory, disciplinary action & legal compliance.
•Any other jobs as assigned by top management.
