2. Fulfill customer requirements regarding products & sales services; provide useful information and strengthen product uniqueness
3. Recommend products to customer to match with using purpose, spec, construction plan, and
kind of business
4. Make a quotation, sales contract, and related sales documents; classify selling price, material code, value added tax, shipment fee, discount, etc. accurate all information to get approval from authorized customers
5. Implement sample product inquiry and other sales process; coordinate with related departments.
6. Confirm date and time of product manufacturing and delivery
7. Follow up payment process
8. Keep contact existing customers to remain good relationship and enhance opportunity to get more orders as well as finding new customers to expand new market.
9. After sales service; follow up customer satisfaction, problem solving, installation advice, and
products recommend
10. Sales target, monthly achievement, delivery data, project tracking, create more opportunity and
activity in Siebel system
11. Summary problems, figure out solution and improvement plan
12. Achieve sales target and always improve sales performance
13. Develop business opportunity, improve more negotiation, marketing and communication skills
