รายละเอียดงานKey Responsibilities:
•Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing the F&B Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
•Communication: Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and assist in drafting presentations and other documents.
•Translation Services: Provide translation support for documents, meetings, and communications between English, Thai, and Chinese or Japanese as needed.
•Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
•Confidentiality: Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
•Project Assistance: Support various projects and initiatives related to the F&B department, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Thai is required. Conversational skills in Chinese or Japanese are preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the absence of the COO.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- Translation Skills: Ability to translate documents and communications between English, Thai, and Chinese or Japanese.
