1.Responsible for New model management and control material delivery plan to follow target SOP (Start of Production).
2.Responsible for Quality problem from production trial and improve feedback from Production line team and Quality team.
3.Responsible for Design route and delivery method, Dock unload, put away to warehouse, replenishment to sub area and delivery to line.
4.Responsible for Warehouse capacity calculate and monitoring. Control and maintain CKD material and Local material in warehouse.
5.Set plan to control Mobile equipment and warehouse tooling, Forklift, Reach truck, Tow-tractor, Rack, Shelf, Trolley, warehouse tool.
6.Tact time calculate for all warehouse operator. Storage, Unpack, Re-bin, Delivery, SPS picking, Indirect store, Chemical.
7.Review WI and standard work of warehouse operator.
8.Follow up job assigned by Logistics manager.
