Key Account Manager (Fast Fit Sales Manager)
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and set up business strategy aligning with company’s business plan and expand the new customer base. Maintain and develop long-term, productive relationships with your customers.
• Develop and implement sales plans. Identify and define significant opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives.
• Articulate the value of our product/service at higher level within customer organization.
• Supply proposals and product information to prospects.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Negotiating contracts, promo plans, and innovations
• Execute marketing promotion and act according to the plan.
• Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts.
• Preparing volume forecast and plans.
• Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments
• Resolve any clients' issues and problems and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
• Partner with Marketing and Supply Chain Management teams to develop strategic customer growth programs.
• Collaborates with the superior to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
