รายละเอียดงาน• Conduct and coordinate with related departments for recruitment in accordance with capacity planning and required qualifications/competencies.
• Plan the process for recruiting talented personnel. This includes posting jobs on social media channels, websites, job boards, etc.
• Proactively establish and manage candidate pools to keep qualified individuals engaged for current and future opportunities.
• Carry out background screening Preliminary interview, Interview call, interview appointment and evaluate according to relevant work criteria within the specified period.
• Prepare offer of employement recommendation and obtain approval from authorized signatory.
• Manage end to end candidate hiring processes & candidate pipelines to ensure a positive candidate’s experience and ensuring smooth onboarding process.
• Keep records of all documents used in recruiting personnel. Including interview notes Employee history files and related documents.
• Analyze and present data to evaluate the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process to source qualified applicants and prepare recruitment summary reports.
• Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
• Responsible and initiate company activities to build relationship.
