- Facilitate customer on condominium ownership transfer to achieve company’s transfer target.
- Responsible for related ownership transfer documents collecting and filing.
- Coordinate with banks for the mortgage loan promotion information and inform and follow up client to finalizing deals.
- Work with the clients and the engineering team in organizing an inspection.
- Coordinate with other related departments through the ownership transfer process.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related fields
2-5 years’ experience in CR, CS field from real estate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in English is A Must
Good leadership and management skill with strong problem-solving competency and an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
