รายละเอียดงาน1.Carry out day to day activities of Quality Control dept
2.Documentation of customer complaints as well as corrective actions, communication of CAPA to all concern,training to concern dept persons.
3.Periodic audit of corrective actions taken for customer complaints and report the abnormalities to HOD-QA &Concern HOD.
4.Timely execution of customers/Marketing depts requirements (CAPA/Samples/test reports/Sample rolls/Special testing and evaluation reports)
5.Expansion of knowledge base of the organization through learning’s from customer’s complaints visits/communications/trainings.
6.Ensure that activities related to IMS systems, 5S and TPM completed as per requirements.
7.Responsibility of Document Control for ISO related systems /Food Safety(QMS/EMS/OHSAS/FSMS) and follow up systems and report to MR.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor degree in Chemical, Polymer or related field
- Good command in English language skill
- Experiences 3-5 year in Quality system.
- Person with good interpersonal skills is required
- Knowledge/Skills in computerized environment with basic office software (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
- Desirable experience of implementing/maintaining ISO9001, ISO14001 and HACCP/BRC systems.
- High responsibility, self driven, good team player, can work well under pressure
