Duties include plating dishes and completing basic food prepping tasks for the restaurant. Main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cleaning up prep areas and making sure the kitchen is stocked.All of the job description on working directly with the executive chef to ensure the success of the business.
-Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
-Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetisers and snacks
-Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
-Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
-Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female
- Minimum 2 years experience in this role
- Knowledge of international cuisine is preferred
- Secondary or High school education or relevant University Qualifications (e.g. Hospitality Management or Culinary)
- Ability to communicate well in English
