รายละเอียดงานWe are seeking a Level-1 Field IT Technician to provide onsite support and maintenance services to our clients. The successful candidate will handle a range of tasks including installation, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer systems, hardware, and software, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, and other products.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure efficient operation of the company’s desktop computing environment.
• Where required, administer and resolve issues with associated end-user workstation networking software products.
Requirements:
• Field service experience in IT support and maintenance.
• Good working knowledge of computer systems and hardware.
• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting various technical equipment such as laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues in Thai and English.
• Valid driver’s license, own car and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Physical ability to lift and transport moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
