รายละเอียดงาน
• Coordinate with internal and external parties inorder to develop new projects
• Develop schedule for overall project development each year
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of overall project development schedule
• Prepare project documents required for project developments e.g. Project development request, Project
• execution plan, Cost estimation, TOR
• Develop Scope of work and identify deliverable required for Engineering services, Procurement and Construction
• Evaluate technical proposals from engineering contractors, vendors, construction contractor
• Ensure that all projects are developed on-time in respect to requirements and within budgets.
• Communicate and manage Engineering Contractors, Vendors, Construction contractor to deliver project in according to agreement contracts.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality, any gender
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- At least 10 years’ experience in EPC oil & gas/chemicals engineering project.
- At least 5 years’ experience in oil & gas/chemicals engineering project in position of Senior Project or project engineer.
- Familiarity with DEP standards or background in piping and valve
- Experience of developing SOW, Cost estimation, Bid evaluation
- Good written & spoken English
