• Sponsible for sales support by connecting between customers / personal assistant and the sales assistants from each brand to make the sales happen.
• Ensure that customer will receive great experience and promotion benefits as agreed.
• Follow-up with the delivery after purchased.
• Responsible for providing customer support and information via live chat within SLA
• Support Snap & Collect campaign within SLA - Classify each receipt to make decision whether the receipt can or cannot proceed with spending collection or not
