รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage the team to develop new packaging materials including packaging design to meet with customer requirement and standards.
- Sourcing, select and negotiate for the best purchase in term of quality, price , terms, deliveries , services and supplier.
- Applies technical packaging knowledge and information from a wide variety of sources to solve difficult problems and provide solutions based on risk and benefit assessments. Proactively identifies and assigns appropriate resources to address potential issues.
- Own or support the development of information to drive the communication of information and supporting decision making about our packages in cross functional settings when accuracy of information matters.
- Expert level understanding of rigid and flexible polymeric materials and their manufacturing and con process (blow molding, injection molding, thermoforming, film.
- Create flexible packaging structure, innovative products, specifications, standard test methods, and quality information to deploy to all concerned departments.
- Seeking for new innovation and technology in packaging industry and present to clients.
- Keep quality monitoring from sample production until commercial order to ensure quality performance.
- Handle problem analysis, solving, and service for customers and the company.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree and above in Polymer Science, Polymer materials, Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related major is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Cosmetics packaging development, Cosmetics industries with materials, formats, processes, packaging requirements, testing and standards.
- Analyze purchasing data and trends, use this information to make informed purchasing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate and prepare database of cost of product / term of payment / any other information present to Head Team consideration and decision
- Creativity and Having Presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the Thai skincare and supplement market
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Good communication skill in English
- Positive mindset and a can do attitude
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines
