Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration or any related fields • 15 years up experience in HR Overall management large manufacturing company is preferred. and has experience in corporate planning, strategic planning. • Experiences from Electronic or related manufacturing. • Strong leadership with team management (10 people), good communication skills, service-minded and can-do attitude. • Strong HR knowledge to provide HR consultation to management including labor laws knowledge. • Good command of English Job Description: • Monitor overall HR operations include HRM, HRD, and HR Planning • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. • Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employee to promote employee satisfaction and engagement. • Understanding our medium- and long-term growth company plans and make proposal to strengthen organization. • Handle HR project with Top Management and prepare report when necessary.
