รายละเอียดงาน
1. Create, control and standardize production process
2. Ensure smooth operation of the production line
3. Oversee efficiency productivity, maintenance systems, budget control, and cost reduction
4. Coordinate the production workflow for all products.
5. Resolve issues that occur on the production line
6. Plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and ensure on-time delivery
7. Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to meet production demands
8. Assign workers and staff to reach production operations
9. Monitor work performance to ensure timely completion.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age not over than 45 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Have at least 3-5 years of work experience in Production Control and Production Planning in any manufacturing industry (Management Level)
- Have experience in conducting efficiency improvements, productivity enhancement, budget control, and cost reduction
- Have experience in production processes in the extrusion plastic manufacturing industry (will be an advantage)
- Language skills: English — Conversational, Understanding and written (Japanese will be an advantage)
