รายละเอียดงาน
•All instrument device of the loop are connected, tagged and correctly functional as design
•All instrument device checking/rectifying for correct as installation and hook up diagram or device’s manual
•The wiring to transmitter and sensor are in proper good condition and correctly connected to the correct terminals or JB including correct/check labeling
•Can perform tubing arrangement or bending as proper direction
•All feedback signal from the instrument device or command signal from the DCS should be checked and confirmed both I/O card and transmitter including to be corrected once found wrong connection
•The configured scaling of the 4-20 mA should be correct and verified or assigned
•Verification check and testing along with standard as properly assigned by Lenzing team such as Air fail test, Power fail test, Air tubing of instrument device leaking test confirm, Positioner indicator’s position check and adjustment, Torque confirmation for necessary equipment such as butterfly valve, inspection and rectification all on-off valve and control valve, valve calibration
•Calibration works (pressure, temperature, flow, level) both zero calibration and span calibration (if required) should be done and completed once found the abnormal working or wrong measurement or deviation or assigned
•Service analyzer for inspection, verification, cleaning and correction once required

- วุฒิ ปวส. สาขาไฟฟ้ากำลัง และอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปีในการตรวจสอบเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเคมี กระดาษ เส้นใย เป็นต้น
- สามารถ ซ๋อมบำรุง ตรวจสอบ เทียบวัดอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าได้
