1.Manage, control and supervise the human resources management jobs (Recruiting and selection, Compensation and benefits, Performance management/OKR & KPI, Training and development, Organizational development, Career development (Talent Management & Succession Plan), Labor relations and discipline), administration jobs (Uniform, Stationary, Maid & Gardener, Guardsman, Canteen, Building), IT, environment, and Safety to meet the objectives and goals of the company.
2. Make recommendations and take action to improve and develop the organization. Both in general and in human resource management, administrative work, IT, environment, and safety.
3. Others jobs as assignment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male Female.
- Age 40 years and over.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human resource management Organizational development or other related fields.
- Ms Office skills.
- Quality management system capabilities ISO 9001:2015, BRC, GMP, HACCP, FSC.
- Able to communicate in English.
