1.Recruitment & Staffing:
•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates including internship.
•Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and ensure the timely recruitment of talent.
•Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
2.Compliance & Policy Development:
•Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
•Assist in updating and communicating HR policies to ensure they align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
•Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data privacy and security.
3.Compensation & Benefits:
•Support in managing compensation and benefits programs, Visa & Work permit and employee benefits.
•Ensure equity and competitiveness in compensation practices across the organization.
•Complete payroll reports, Handle tax calculations, social security contributions, and other statutory payments, Answer questions from staff about wages, attendance, time records and deductions and submit 3rd party to the government (SSO, PND1, LOAN, Provident fund).
4.HR Administration & Reporting:
•Prepare HR reports on employee data, turnover rates, and other HR-related metrics.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information.
•Ensure smooth execution of HR administrative tasks and procedures.
- Gather information of job requirements from the hiring managers to ensure the effective search for candidates.
- Other assignments or project implementation as required.
Performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Report to HR manager
