รายละเอียดงาน
- Receiving inquiries from customers and follow up those inquires with customers, airlines, and other parties.
- Making reservation & issuing ticket on Amadeus
- Making reservation for hotel accommodation
- Visa Application
- Selling package tours
- Miscellaneous jobs upon request
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or female with age not over 40 years old
- High responsibility, Service minded, Details oriented, Enthusiasm
- Be able to work under pressure & monitor deadlines
- Be able to make reservation & issuing ticket on Amadeus (with other GDS is a plus)
- Be able to read fare sheet and fare in GDS system
- Energetic, continuous learning, loyalty are mandatory
- Experience at least 1-2 years in the position
- Be able to communicate fluently in English
- Be able to refund tickets
- Be able to issue ticket of airlines B2B system
- Be able to work both individually and effectively in team
- Be able to work effectively with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Word & Excel
