2.Prepare and manage all sales-related documentation for customers, including quotations, booking forms, sales agreements, and annex.
3.Oversee the complete functionality of the sales office, as well as manage staff including housekeepers and security guard, ensuring readiness to serve visiting clients.
4. Coordinate with bank representatives to process loan applications for clients.
5. Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounting, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
7. Provide information that assists in closing sales, as well as manage sales-related documentation for Brokers with clients interested in the project (Condominium/House), both local and international.
8.Survey competitor project and analyze the real estate market for comparative analysis to inform the sales team and management.
