Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management;
- Build, develop and maintain strong, long-lasting the customer relationships with current customers and/or potential customers
- Understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Proactively address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
2. Problem Solving;
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills to address customer issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions that align with customer requirements.
3. Communication and Negotiation;
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to understand their expectations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Handle the inquiries, discussions, negotiations and feedbacks of customers.
4. Customer Satisfaction Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction.
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation.
5. Logistics Background (Preferred);
- Leverage logistics industry knowledge to understand customer requirements effectively.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to align services with customer expectations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven 1-3 years experiences in Customer / Key Account Management, Business Development and Sales or a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving, logical thinking, interpersonal and communication, and negotiation skills.
- Able to communicate in English is plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-pace dynamic environment.
