• Carry out maintenance activity of network and servers located in office premises if needed.
• Manage installation and upgrades of software and hardware.
• Cross team collaboration with central IT Servicedesk, infrastructure and network security teams.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new joiner and provide ready to use desktop / laptop.
• Ensure end point compliance for all user accounts as per company’s policies and procedure
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Data retrieval and recovery processes
• Keep track of asset inventory of office’s IT equipment
