Responsibilities:
• Network Maintenance: Proactively monitor and maintain the health of our IT network, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure optimal performance.
• Office 365 Management: Oversee the configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Office 365 applications, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Database Management: Manage and maintain databases, implement security measures, and optimize performance for reliability.
• Cloud Applications Support: Provide support for cloud-based applications and ensure seamless integration with our IT ecosystem.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve IT-related issues reported by users, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Control and maintain all hardware (computers, printers, scanners etc)
• Security Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices, ensuring data integrity and protecting against cybersecurity threats.
• Have experience in Network, Hardware, Internet CCTV at least 1 year.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Expertise in managing IT networks, Office 365 applications, databases, and cloud-based applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Relevant certifications and advantage (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Newly graduates might be considered.
- English an advantage.
