• Assist customers general enquiries and escalate to related parties if required.
• Coordinate between customers and related teams
• Support Snap & Collect campaign - classify each receipt to make decision whether the receipt can or cannot proceed with spending collection
Provide professional service standard to all customers
on both basic tasks such as giving information (places,
promotions, facilities, member cards and etc.) taking
care of car park deduction, issue Tourist card and
advance tasks such as handling customer complaint
and cases
- Welcome the customers and provide information about Siam
- Coordinating with the various departments to provide customers with more convenient services
- Oversee and facilitate all aspects of the Thailand and foreign customers
Hours of operation :
· Working 5 days/week 10 hours including Break
· 2 shifts ( 9.00 - 19.00 hrs. & 12.00 - 22.00 hrs.)
