• Guideline & recommend work process and resolve the problem for smoothly working
• Evaluate, control, and oversee the performance of the agents • Control & manage overall agent performance
• Update, follow-up, and develop new knowledge to develop working processes for more efficiency
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Not specified gender, Maximum 45 years old
- Graduated Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years experience with a Supervisor or Team Leader
- Experienced or knowledged in team management
- Skilled in coaching, feedback, and recommendation
- Skilled in effective communication and product & knowledge explanation
- Provided leadership skill Ability to resolve customer problems
- Knowledged in using Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
