รายละเอียดงาน
1.Supplier Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, focusing on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
2.Procurement Operations:
- Manage the procurement of raw materials and components specific to the PCB manufacturing process, including copper foil, laminates, and chemical solutions.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
3.Cost and Negotiation:
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor market trends and material costs to make informed purchasing decisions.
4.Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and manage purchase reports, contracts, and supplier agreements.
5.Coordination with Teams:
- Collaborate with the production, R&D, and quality assurance teams to ensure material specifications meet the required standards.
- Address any supply chain disruptions promptly to minimize impact on production.
6.Language Support:
- Act as a liaison between the company and Chinese-speaking suppliers.
- Translate and interpret technical documents and communications as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree
- Communicative organized
- Good communication skills (Prefer have fair Chinese or English Skill)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and materials is an advantage.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
