รายละเอียดงาน
- Daily Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify necessary issues or repairs.
- Repair and Troubleshooting: Quickly resolve and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to minimize downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory of materials and equipment.
-Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and organizational policies.
- Coordination with Contractors: Communicate with external service providers for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks beyond internal capabilities.
- Budget Management: Assist in preparing and monitoring the maintenance budget, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Emergency Response: Provide immediate support in emergencies, such as power outages or equipment failures, to restore normal operations swiftly.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent)
- Intersting in equipment maintenance
- Good communication skills(Prefer have basic chinese or English Skill)
