Job Highlight : Plan, execute, and monitor the projects of the business development department. This includes planning and tracking the progress of various project works, maintaining relationships with customers, project partners, and stakeholders. These efforts are aligned with objectives and policies to maximize benefits for the company and involve collaboration with partners and suppliers both locally and internationally within project activities to ensure efficient project execution.
Job Description:
- Develop operational plans for construction and monitor various project works, along with preparing project documentation for relevant units.
-Calculate preliminary costs and create comprehensive Bill of Quantities for each project, ensuring approval from relevant authorities before disbursement.
- Develop and track project execution plans for each project phase, including those that have been awarded, presenting progress, achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Coordinate land use permits with relevant authorities to secure construction rights for various project works.
- Select and recruit quality contractors for each project phase, ensuring adherence to established plans, conducting inspections, and preparing reports summarizing materials, equipment, and remaining items, while also controlling project expenses. Provide summary reports upon project completion.
- Manage construction projects during and after execution to achieve planned results, preparing analyses and preventive measures for presentation to benefit the organization.
- Coordinate with finance, accounting, procurement, and other relevant departments for meetings, consultations, discussions, and problem-solving to benefit the organization and successfully achieve planned objectives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in construction project management, managing submarine cable installation projects, and construction project management for overhead/underground electrical systems of 22kV, 33kV, and 115 kV, power substations, and related projects for at least 5 years.
- Good command in English
