Job Purpose/Overview
This role responsible to support Global Wet Deployment Development by working on sample preparation in lab scale, support trial, sample grading, data collection, and manage some routines/daily work for documents/data/courier/kichen management
Key Responsibilities
•Support hydrolysate trial in dry / pilot factory
•CAVI analysis (collect sample from production line, prepare sample for analysis, analyze the data, discuss the outcome result with an expert and finalize a procedure or working in process)
•Packing and sending sample to lab or any other destination
•Support Global Wet Deployment Development by working on sample preparation in lab scale, trial in factory line, sample grading, data collection and basic data analysis
•Responsible for kitchen management and ensure on stock of raw material and pack material available in lab scale
•Managing on routines/daily work for product/document/data/courier management (sample shipment, sample analysis, feeding test sample, storage area management, product panel stock for Global portfolio)
•Provide high quality formal and informal communication to Global Wet PD/Process Development/Flavor Scientist on progress of assigned projects
•Support other tasks upon the request
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- B.Sc. in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or Science related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in food factory, research and development background is preferable
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Fair knowledge of English, Able to understand, communicate, and written in English is preferable
- High learning agility
- Scientific methods and mindset
