รายละเอียดงานPOSITION SUMMARY:
Manage day to day accounting activities in accordance with the company’s accounting policies and procedures. Look after all general ledger and Management report.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Make sure all accounting records correct and up to date. Perform and adjustment for any error or under recorded.
2.Initial preparing payment to all suppliers (Expenses) for external and internal make sure that all require document and approval are completed.
3.Make sure that all-recording flow from other are accurate and make Company Financial Statements are true & fair.
4.Make sure that GL and sub-ledger are agree / or perform a reconciliation. Keep all accounts detail up to date and make sure that it’s will clear in a proper periods.
5.Control Fixed Asset register and perform a Fixed Asset Count once a year.
6.Assistance Accounting Manager and FC to prepare both external and internal report and provided on time information.
7.Make sure all accounting documents are kept properly in files and easy to retrace.
8.Keep confidential in all company information especially staff benefit and company situation.
9.Any task assigned by Accounting Manager and FC.
10.Action follow as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 including the rules of company.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and other related fields
- Over 5 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting functions and after all general ledger and Management report
- Prior costing experience is required, preferable with a manufacturing company
- Demonstrated complex problem solving and analytical abilities
- Advance user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with Microsoft Word
- Interpersonal skills - team-working, conflict management and influencing/negotiating
- Business and Financial acumen - understanding of the organization’s objectives, operations, market environment, ethical issues, etc
- Analytical and Strategic agility - flexibility and ‘thinking on your feet’; must read, compare, and interpret figures and data.
- Communication proficiency – written, oral and presentational skills; able to present complex mathematical ideas in a clear, accessible way with non-finance people
- Problem-solving skills - taking a critical and methodical approach when problem solving.
- Change management skills - assessing and facilitating change.
- Risk management skills - understanding the sources of risk, and evaluating risks and methods for their control and mitigation
- Technical Capacity and Ethical Conduct - broad understanding of the technical issues; has the ability to keep up to date with new accounting rules and regulations and observes high ethical standards.
- IT skills - ability to keep up to date with new concepts, techniques, tools and technologies on finance-related software systems.
