PE Assembly – 2 position PE Stamping – 1 position & PE Plastic 1 position Job Responsibilities: •Operating in accordance with company policy to comply with the regulations of the company •Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, to ensure seamless production processes •Provide information such as Tooling concept sheet, Assessment, BOQ for RFQ to OOP department. •Lead and mentor the engineering team to develop their skills and expertise, provide guidance and feedback •Manage equipment design, commissioning, and maintenance activities, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and effectively. •Provide engineering technical support, such as investigation on engineering related activities in regard to quality investigations •New model preparing, Mold, JIG, Die, Tool, Equipment and New Machine •Production Equipment capacity planning and Improvement •Process guideline planning and Process change control •Involve for Improvement of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Energy saving •Utilizing New Technology for Production Tools / Equipments / Process / Material •Support and Problem analysis •Able to use PPE follow working area (Personal Protective Equipment, ex. Glove, Ear Plug, Safety Helmet) •Able to standing long time during working (Ex. tryout activity) •Able to understand and use MMTh (other department) approval system. Ex. IIM, e-AR, PR, PO, ISO. 4M system (draft making) •Able to understand and use MMTh (PE) approval system. Ex. E-Tooling, MSR, e-SR. (draft making) •Able to understand and use MIND-ADS for process approval document (OT adjustment, Goods Receive, Asset transfer etc.,) •Able to use PPE follow working area (Personal Protective Equipment, ex. Glove, Ear Plug, Safety Helmet)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's or up in engineering or related field
Age : 23-30 years old
Able to listen, read and write basic English
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Assembly manufacturing
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, including design, manufacturing, and maintenance of Assembly devices
Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
1-3 years of working experience in Process, Production Engineering or Project Engineering in car manufacturing company
Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
