รายละเอียดงาน
•Establishes and maintains effective maintenance procedures, including planning, scheduling, material support and analysis of cost and performance •Attending to tehnical issues (breakdown maintenance) as needed through self including responsibility •Setting up & maintaining a preventive maintenance / regulatory inspections schedule for process equipment •Definition of spare parts requirement and maintaining stock •Developing a technical documentation archive •Taking part in Operations co-ordination meetings and agreeing on work schedules and priorities with manager •Implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems to prevent failures and/or unscheduled outages •Maintaining a maintenance work order & cost control system •Continuous Improvement experience utilizing techniques such as Six Sigma, lean manufacturing and associated tools •Provides technical support and staff coordination of maintenance related items •Reviews proposals for new equipment, tools and facilities and plans for installation •Plant maintenance including facilities, utilities and operations to reduce downtime and assure peak plant efficiencies •Defines and executes department goals supporting Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) objectives, including the development and implementation of strategies, processes and programs •Determines manpower requirements and schedules overtime as needed •Efficiently develop and utilize people, equipment, materials, utilities ,safety, environment, quality, and cost (budget) •Ensure maintenance department personnel are properly trained and skills are developed to achieve departmental requirements •Ensure reliability of production and distribution equipment and facility infrastructure for 2 shift, 6-day/week •Provide collaborative plant engineering and maintenance support for manufacturing products across the business unit •Ensure the effective delivery of site services in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA)/Key Performance Indicators
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Requires at least 15 years Plastic industry
  2. Requires at least 15 years of experience in a management role
  3. Requires at least 5 years of experience with an ERP system and/or SAP system is a strong plus
  4. Exposure in troubleshooting of PLC based machines, software integrated testing machines, electronic (logical based) testing machines…
  5. Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization, from production floor through Plant Manager
  6. Proven track record as a Maintenance, Reliability, and Project Management leader, with 7+ years of manufacturing experience
  7. Self-motivated, ability to make independent and informed decisions
  8. Skills to navigate the circuit diagram & fix the problem
  9. Knowledge about an understanding of equipment functionality and capabilities
  10. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel , Microsoft Project
