2. Conduct, Prepare new employee orientations with company policies, procedures, and benefits orientation new employees.
3. Coordinate and process employee benefits, such as Social Security, Group Insurance, Provident Fund, etc., and ensure accurate processing of related documentation. Schedule, track, and follow up on expirations of visas, work permits, and 90-day check-ins, as well as other appointments of this nature.
4. Manage the follow-up process for probationary employee evaluations, ensuring timely completion of relevant documents.
5. Schedule and follow up on crucial HR department documents, including visa, work permit applications, forms, and other relevant appointments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Track and update staff information, staff certification and making sure all information is accurate and up to date.
6. Monitor employee attendance, leave, and tardiness, ensuring adherence to company policies.
7. Track and update staff information and certifications, ensuring the accuracy and currency of records.
8. Organize and lead company activities in line with company policies, such as staff birthdays, health check-ups, company retreats, and corporate social responsibility events.
9. Prepare necessary documents and equipment for staff training sessions.
10. Undertake additional HR tasks as assigned by management.
