We are seeking a proactive and experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the logistics and delivery operations for e-commerce business and a delivery supervisor managing B2B and retail deliveries. This role requires expertise in next-day delivery, setting up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and handling bulky items. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, leadership experience, and a track record of optimizing delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
•Delivery Operations Management:
oDirectly manage the end-to-end delivery operations for company orders, ensuring smooth and timely next-day delivery.
oOversee and coordinate delivery supervisor activities focusing on efficient and customer-centric B2B and retail deliveries.
•SOP Development and Implementation:
oDesign, develop, and implement SOPs for delivery operations, focusing on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
oRegularly review and refine delivery processes to meet evolving business needs and challenges.
•Handling Bulky Items:
oDevelop and manage strategies for the efficient handling, loading, and unloading of bulky items like mattresses and bedding.
oTrain teams on proper techniques to ensure safety and minimize product damage.
•Team Leadership and Coordination:
oLead, train, and motivate delivery teams to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
oCreate and manage staff schedules to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.
•Customer Satisfaction:
oEnsure a high standard of customer service by proactively addressing delivery issues and resolving complaints promptly.
oMaintain clear communication with customers and internal teams regarding delivery schedules and updates.
