Key Responsibilities:

•Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including traditional, digital, and in-store promotions.
•Collaborate with brand partners to align on co-marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand representation.
Digital & Social Media Focus
•Lead digital presence by managing social media accounts, ensuring regular, engaging, and visually appealing content.
•Develop and implement paid social media campaigns to drive awareness and conversions, focusing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
•Oversee the creation of email marketing campaigns and newsletters, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
•Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics.
Content Creation & Communication
•Create compelling and consistent messaging across all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and positioning.
•Collaborate with creative teams or agencies to develop marketing materials, including videos, graphics, and written content.
•Implement storytelling techniques to communicate the value and benefits of products effectively.
In-Store Marketing & Customer Experience
•Design and execute in-store marketing strategies, including displays, signage, and promotions, to enhance customer experience.
•Work closely with retail teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.
Market Research & Trends
•Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preference
