Manufacturing Accounting Manager:
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Accounting Head to oversee our accounting operations in Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of accountants, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, overseeing cash flows, and creating free cash flow (FCF) statements. The Accounting Head will play a critical role in the financial management of the company, working closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Job Description:
•Managing the financial elements linked to the manufacturing process such as cost accounting and projections.
•Compiling and presenting financial reports, budgets, and financial statements.
•Recipe and inventory management tracking, costing, and optimizing.
•Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring daily updates of expenses, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
•Oversee and ensure accuracy in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
•Monitor and manage company cash flows, including the preparation of FCF statements.
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
•Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.

Job Description:•Managing the financial elements linked to the manufacturing process such as cost accounting and projections.•Compiling and presenting financial reports, budgets, and financial statements.•Recipe and inventory management tracking, costing, and optimizing.•Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring daily updates of expenses, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).•Oversee and ensure accuracy in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.•Monitor and manage company cash flows, including the preparation of FCF statements.•Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.•Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.•Coordinate and manage external audits and liaise with auditors.•Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.•Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial informatiomQualification•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).•Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.•Strong knowledge of Indian and international accounting standards.•Proven experience in managing a team and leading accounting operations.•Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.•Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.•Ability to relocate to Samut Sakhon, Thailand.Requirements:•Must have requirements: worked in manufacturing firm•Must have set up team before and have recruiting skills for a new team•Used standard costs for cost of goods sold•Have set up new ERP and Accounting systems like SAP•Tech savvy•Takes control of stock check and does the stock variance report •Must have experience in setting up all processes and building team from scratch•Be able to work 6 days per week, and working at Samut Sakhon Province.If you interest, Please send resume in English language to spc1@4h4p.com
