• Handle and maintain relationship with the existing client, as well as, finding new potential clients.
• Responsible for sales growth both existing and new customers
• Respond to clients' requests in a clear, timely and professional manner including coordinate with R&D for NPD development and job related to it.
• Provide excellent customer service for customer satisfaction.
• To lead and work co-operatively with the multifunctional team to deliver product shipment including QA, production and demand planning.
