• Nurture and retain existing HNW customers and entice former clients back into the Bank.
• Acquire and win new customers, especially HNW families.
• Continuously develop relationships with a financial portfolio of customers.
• Act as a Private Banker, drawing up a comprehensive financial portfolio that reflects the dynamic between personal and business assets.
• Maximize customers' assets and revenues from their AUM (Assets Under Management).
• Be fully competent in giving financial advice to High Net Worth customers on the Bank’s products and services (Investment/Protection/Deposit/Lending) and delivering Financial Well Being.
• Continuously develop and the 720-degree relationship with existing HNW customers and new customers by providing regular value-added engagement to individuals/families.
