1. Oversee all aspects of order processing, including order entry, order validation to ensure accuracy and on time delivery.
2. Monitor and analyze order processing metrics e.g. order lead time, order accuracy, order fulfilment, safety stock level, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions along with team and manager.
3. Resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints related to order processing, working closely with supplier to provide prompt satisfactory resolutions to customers.
4. Assist manager to oversee the daily operations of the order processing and monitor staff performance to ensure excellent service is provided.
Communication and Collaboration
1. Address order-related issues, such as order changes, cancellations, delivery issue or expedited delivery request.
2. Collaborate and coordinate with supplier and other departments to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
Data Management
1. Update product database with product numbers, descriptions, pricing information, MOQ, term & condition and adding new products.
2. Prepare performance report related to order, delivery status, stock, DOH and order fulfilment.
Team Leadership
1. Supervise team, providing guidance and performance feedback to manager to ensure optimal productivity.
