- Responsible for Salary structure, competency, Organizations structure, Design Career Planning, Create Job Description and Job Specifications for new position and updated for all positions.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that employees’ goals align with the company’s objectives.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, development planning, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor changes in regulations and ensure the organization's training programs align with government standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend.
- Revised policy, Code of Conduct and announce company announcements
- Evaluate and measured level of awareness and understanding of employees in core values
- Work with site or other management teams to encourage employee communication and support local engagement or community events
- Others duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in HR or other related fields
- 5+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related HR field
- Strong understanding of OD principles, talent management, employee engagement, and learning development
- Good communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Good data analytical and HR report
