รายละเอียดงาน
•Interact with customers on site for the exclusive service of the sensorial creation experience by providing them recommendations and guideline to make the unique fragrance formulation based on their requirement.
•Formulate and produce the finished goods of homecare product with their unique fragrance formulation.
•Collaborate and support BA Team as needed to provide customer technical data & knowledge of product and perfumery
•Provide support BA Team to achieve target sales
•Create fragrance formulation proactively based on strategic fragrance direction identified by Research & Development and Marketing Departments and based on own inspiration.
•Partner with Research & Development team to deliver the training program of new product knowledge and technical information.
•Attend BA training to do workplace practice trainings on product knowledge and technical information as required
•Lead and Conduct perfume workshop as required.
•Other requirements deemed necessary by Manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Trained or Certified perfumer from any perfumery institute; college degree in science or related area is a plus.
- Ability to try innovative tools in fragrance creation, building a strong trial plan and communicate the outcome to the stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must be a technical expert and an internal resource of Technical Perfumery, providing improvement recommendations.
- Good command in English (both writing and speaking)
- Strong customer service focus.
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, etc)
- Can work in department store hours.
