Job Summary :
The Senior Trucking Officer is responsible for overseeing trucking operations, managing the fleet, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, optimizing delivery schedules, and supervising the team to meet company goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and expertise in logistics and fleet management.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Fleet Management
oOversee the maintenance, repair, and scheduling of vehicles to ensure fleet availability and reliability.
oMonitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and other KPIs.
oCoordinate with service providers for vehicle repairs and ensure timely maintenance.
2.Operations Management
oPlan and optimize routes to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
oMonitor daily operations and address challenges to ensure timely deliveries.
oMaintain clear communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
3.Compliance and Safety
oEnsure compliance with transportation laws, regulations, and company policies.
oDevelop and enforce safety protocols for drivers and fleet operations.
oConduct regular audits and inspections to maintain safety standards.
4.Team Leadership
oSupervise, mentor, and train drivers and support staff.
oConduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
oAddress and resolve employee concerns promptly.
5.Reporting and Analysis
oPrepare reports on fleet utilization, operational performance, and cost management.
oAnalyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
oPresent findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.
6.Vendor and Client Relations
oNegotiate contracts with vendors for fuel, maintenance, and other trucking-related services.
oEnsure client satisfaction by meeting service-level agreements and addressing concerns.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in trucking or logistics, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management systems and logistics software.
- Familiarity with transportation laws, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software tools.
- Able to communicate in English
